Support Fee: $0.00 Unlimited e-mail technical support, 10 hours/week live phone support

Full-Service Support (if requested) $75 per 1/2 hour. We handle the upload, test/live launches, generate reports, etc.

Dedicated Staff (if requested) $3500/month - Full time employee solely working to support only you

Dedicated Servers (if requested) $3500 one-time fee per server, $300/month hosting. 1 Server = 10 virtual servers, all inclusive.

List Verification Fee $395.00, not all accounts require this.

About the list verification fee: If your list is in an un-confirmed format (standard opt-in, no verification step) we must conduct a list analysis to determine if your list has potential spam-trap addresses, dead domains, or typical high-bounce problems. If your list is already in a confirmed-opt-in/verified-opt-in format then you can skip this fee.
