Before opening your account we would like to explain the types of clients we do, and do not work with. This is because out of every ten accounts we open, we wind up closing 9 of them because they do not meet our guidelines for quality, intelligence, and professionalism. There are many competitors who would take just about any account that comes their way but we do not work that way.

Type of clients we WILL NOT accept on the service

Get rich quick, easy money, make-money-fast, envelope stuffing, home-based wealth courses, online auction wealth strategies, start a business and grow rich guides/books, or anything that tries to convince people that it's "easy" to be rich or wealthy. We also do not work with clients selling porn of any type, porn stories/books, or any type of make-money-in-porn companies. If you are selling what is listed above please save both of us time and go to one of our competitors. We are a PROFESSIONAL service for PROFESSIONAL clients only.

We do NOT sell, rent, or have lists for you to use

This is a classic mistake many entry-level marketers make and we see this in 90% of the account applications. We do not have email lists you can use to send your marketing materials to. We accept clients who have-their-own-lists or want to start growing their list using a subscriber center. When you open your account there will not be hundreds-of-thouands of email addresses here for you to choose from. We do not have any email lists for rent or sale. We have several vendors that we recommend you can use, but they do not sell their lists, you must mail through their service FIRST and addresses that subscribe to your list are then yours to use.

A Basic Understanding of Email Marketing is required

Using a service as powerful as ours requires some basic understanding of e-mail marketing. For example, you must TEST your campaigns on the major ISP services before launching a live campaign. You must include an opt-out/unsubscribe link in EVERY message you send, and you must adhere to CAN-SPAM laws and regulations in every message. You would be amazed how many people sign up for an account, then launch a mailing to their 50,000 member list WITHOUT testing the mailing, only to find that their HTML message was not properly formatted, then turning around and screaming at us that "our" system did not stop them from making a dumb mistake. We do not have training wheels on this system -- this system is designed for PROFESSIONAL marketers who know how to test their campaigns, evaluate the results, then launch the LIVE campaign. If you do not feel that you need to test each message, please contact one of our competitors who will gladly take your account.

Design Services Cost Money

We have some of the most brilliant HTML and web designers available to help you create, test, and even launch your campaigns. There is a small fee involved in design of HTML content, images, or launching campaigns. It's not free. Again, out of every 10 clients we sign onto our service, 9 of them want everything for free, including full design services, image creation and even writing copy. Those 9 accounts are quickly closed. We must charge a fee for these services because those services cost money. It's a basic rule in business: services cost money. If you are the type that wants everything for free, or agrees to pay for something and then changes their mind after the work has been done, please contact one of our competitors.
